I have written out the transcript of Ali Muhammad Khan’s speech, words that touched our hearts and gave us all goosebumps after the no confidence vote in the National Assembly on 9 April 2022. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَباَرِكْ عَلىَ سَيِّدِناَ مُحَمَّدٍ
Today, 10 April, is a very important day in the history of Pakistan, but I would like to take you back many years, to 16 April 1938, when Quaid e Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, in front of whose picture we are sat today, he said, Allah forgive any errors, along the lines of:
“A Muslim is not born to give up, if he is forced to be enslaved, he will become Babar, he will emerge as Sultan Tipu, he will happily embrace martyrdom, but he will not accept slavery”

And I am happy and proud, that the man I am stood with, whose name is Imran Khan, sacrificed his government but did not accept slavery. Today, there is happiness on your faces, may Allah keep you happy. Today, in the same way I fulfilled my duty on my first day, as a soldier of Imran Khan, and a servant of the state of Pakistan, and the government of Pakistan, today my duty is completed.
Today is leaving many faces happy, but it is also leaving behind many questions. History is leaving a question behind for Molana Fazl-ur-Rehman. What kind of agent was this person, this brave and courageous man, who he accused of being an agent of the Jewish and America’s agencies. What kind of agent is he, whom America tried so hard to remove?

Temporary failure is not a substitute for defeat.
We are all Muslims, and our history is full to the brim. I don’t wish to compare to anyone, we are all here and this is my 9th year in parliament, but remember one thing.
In the battlefield of Karbala, Hazrat Imam Hussain RA faced temporary defeat, but he is still remembered today. We all need to walk on the footsteps of Imam Hussain رضي الله عنه.
You must tolerate me as I also tolerated your cheers and happiness.
And we are all followers of Imam Hussain رضي الله عنه, and this message is for every person who is a follower of freedom, who is against slavery.
There was a wish in your heart, that Imran Khan’s government ends. My leader will return once again. In Sha Allah Imran Khan will return once again. He will return from the strength of the population, he will return with two-thirds (of the vote). Have some tolerance, have some patience.
What is Imran Khan’s sin? (Addressing Bilawal Bhutto) The sin of Imran Khan, is that when your grandfather Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto gathered the Muslim Ummah here in Islamabad years ago, he gathered them once, but my leader Imran Khan Sahab gathered them twice in 2 months, by the grace of Allah Almighty.
Your laughter will not lessen my spirits, there are millions of people behind me, there are millions of people behind my leader, and we are not enemies, we will build Pakistan together, but we do not agree with your methods.
Time will tell, as to who the real lion is. Keep your words to yourself.
(2:83) وَقُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا
“And speak good words to people”
My upbringing is not as such (that I would speak badly like you).
Imran Khan said that we will form a Muslim block, Imran Khan spoke of a Muslim block, this is his sin, Imran Khan spoke of an independent foreign policy, this is his sin.
I often say that Russia is just an excuse, sir, Russia is just an excuse, Imran Khan is the target.
Imran Khan’s sin is that while he was Prime Minster of Pakistan, he spoke about the finality of Prophethood, he spoke about an Islamic Ummah, he spoke about the constitution of Madinah. Imran Khan’s sin is that he stood in front of imperialists and said ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Did you have the strength (to say this)?
With respect, Former Prime Minister and Leaders of the Opposition, Mr. Chairman, there was a time when the world saw that American boots came here, the Abbottabad operation took place. And there is this time, when they are making plans that if Imran Khan’s government does not fall, things will get tough for Pakistan, and they also say that if Imran Khan’s government does fall, and the vote of no-confidence is successful, then we will forgive Pakistan.
Mr. Chairman, sitting under the 99 names of Allah SWT, in the month of Ramadan, we are entitled to forgiveness from Allah alone, we are not to seek forgiveness from America. Yet you win today, we will bear this with grace.
But listen to me,
Let’s walk silently so that no one is awakened
For it is the preferred style of slavery
If a Nation cannot be united on the truth
The punishment of that nation is indeed their ruler

I am proud that my leader stood firm, he didn’t bow down, he didn’t sell himself, he wasn’t scared, he stood strong till the last ball. And how will you even compete against Imran Khan, when one of his soldiers is standing among you all by the mercy of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى.
Finally, I would like to say, Mr. Chairman, my prayer is that my country, my Pakistan will continue to move forward, my prayer is that we will continue to strengthen Pakistan together, but In Sha Allah, my Allah says:
وَقُلْ جَآءَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ ٱلْبَـٰطِلُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلْبَـٰطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًۭا (17:83)
And say, “Truth has come and falsehood has vanished. Falsehood is surely bound to vanish”.”
Soon Imran Khan will be in this same chair, by the power of the people, In Sha Allah, with a two-thirds majority.
And In Sha Allah, my congratulations to Imran Khan, and to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, and to my millions of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf voters and workers and supporters, congratulations on your defiance, and your boldness and your resistance.
Even today there are some people in Pakistan who are standing in front of imperialism, who are standing in front of America, who are standing in front of the Jews.

آج 10 اپریل ہے، پاکستان کی تاریخ کا بڑا اہم دن ہے ، میں آپ کو سب کو بہت سال پیھچے لے جانا چاہتا ہوں ، 16 اپریل 1938 کو، قائد اعظم محمّد علی جناح، جن کی تصویر کے ساۓ میں ہم سب بیٹھے ہیں انہوں نےفرمایا تھا، کمی پیشی الله معاف کرے، اس ہی طرح کا مفہوم ہےکہ ۔

اور مجھے اس بات پہ خوشی و فخرہے، کہ میں جس آدمی کے ساتھ کھڑا ہوں جس کا نام عمران خان ہے، اس نے حکومت تو قربان کی ہے لیکن اس نے غلامی قبول نہیں کی، یہاں آج آپ کے چہروں پر خوشی ہے، الله آپ کو خوش رکھے، آج میں نے جس طرح پہلے دن اپنی ڈیوٹی سمبھالی، تو عمران خان کے ایک سپاہی کی طرح، اور ریاست پاکستان، حکومت پاکستان کے ایک خادم کے طور پر آج میری پارلیمانی امور کی ڈیوٹی تمام ہوئی ۔
آج کا دن، جہاں بہت سے چہروں کو خوشی دیتے ہوئے جا رہا ہے، وہاں بہت سے سوال بھی چھوڑے جا رہا ہے ، ایک سوال تاریخ محترم مولانا فضل الرحمان صاحب کے لئے بھی چھوڑے جا رہی ہے، کہ جس شخص، جس مرد حر ، جس مرد بوهران کو میرے محترم مولانا صاحب یہودی اور امریکی ایجنٹ کے ایجنٹ کہتے تھے، یہ کیسا ایجنٹ تھا، جس کو ہٹانے کے لئے امریکا نے ایڑی اور چوٹی کا زور لگا دیا۔
میرے ہاتھ میں قلم ہے، میرے ذہن میں اُجلا
میرے ہاتھ میں قلم ہے، میرے ذہن میں اُجلا
مجھے کیا مٹا سکےگا توظلمتوں کا پالا
میں طلوع ہو رہا ہوں، تو غروب ہونے والا

عارضی ناکامی، شکست کا متبادل نہیں
ہم سب مسلمان ہیں اور ہماری تاریخ بھری پڑی ہے، میں کسی کی طرف کوئی تشبیح نہیں دینا چاہتا لیکن یاد رکھئیے میری بات۔
میدان کربلاء میں عارضی شکست ضرور ہوئی تھی حضرت حسین رضي الله تعالیٰ عنه کو، لیکن دنیا ان کو یاد رکھتی ہے، ہم سب نے حضرت امام حسین رضي الله تعالیٰ عنه کے نقش قدم پے چلنا ہے۔
اور آپ برداشت کیجئے ، میں نے بھی آپ کے نارے اور آپ کی خوشیاں برداشت کیے ہیں ۔
اور ہم سب حضرت امام حسین رضي الله تعالیٰ عنه کے پیروکار ہیں، اور یہ میسج ہراس شخص کے لیے جو آزادی کا پیروکار ہے، جو غلامی کے خلاف ہے۔
آپ کے دل میں تمنا تھی، کہ عمران خان صاحب کی حکومت ختم ہو ۔ میرا لیڈر ایک بار پھر آئیگا ۔ان شا الله اس کرسی پہ عمران خان صاحب پھر آئیگا، عوام کی طاقت سے آئیگا، دو تہائی سے آئیگا، برداشت کریں، تھوڑا صبر کریں۔
عمران خان صاحب کا گناہ کیا ہے؟ (بلاول بھٹو سے مخاطب) عمران خان صحاب کا گناہ یہ ہے کہ جب آپ کے نانا ذولفقارعلي بُھٹّو نے آج سے سالوں پہلے اس ہی اسلام آباد میں مسلم امّہ کواکھٹا کیا، تو انہوں نے ایک بار اکھٹا کیا تھا، پر میرے لیڈر عمران خان صاحب نے دو مہینے میں دو بار اکھٹا کیا الله تعالیٰ کے کرم سے۔
آپ کے ہنسنے سے میرے حوصلے کم نہیں ہونگے، میرے پیچھے بھی کروڑوں لوگ کھڑے ہیں، میرے لیڈر کے پیچھے بھی کروڑوں لوگ کھڑے ہیں، اور ہم دشمن نہیں ہیں، ہم نے مل کے پاکستان کو بنانا ہے، لیکن آپ کے طریقہ کار سے ہمیں اتفاق نہیں۔
وقت ثابت کریگا، کہ کون اصلی شیر ہے، آپ کے الفاظ آپ کو مبارک ہو
(2:83) “ وَقُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا ” اور لوگوں سے اچھی باتیں کہنا
میری تربیت ایسی نہیں ہوئی (کہ میں آپ جیسی بداخلاقی کا مظاہرہ کروں )
عمران خان صاحب نے کہا کے ہم مسلم بلاک بنائیں گے ،عمران خان صاحب نے مسلم بلاک کی بات کی، یہ ان کا گناہ ہے، عمران خان صاحب نے آزاد خارجہ پالیسی کی بات کی، یہ ان کا گناہ ہے۔
میں تو اکثر یہ کہتا ہوں کہ روس صرف بہانہ ہے جناب، روس صرف بہانہ ہے عمران خان نشانہ ہے۔
عمران خان کا گناہ یہ ہے کہ اس نے وزیر اعظم پاکستان ہوتے ہوئے ختم نبوت کی بات کی، اسلامی امّہ کی بات کی، ریاست مدینہ کی بات کی، عمران خان کا گناہ یہ ہے کے اس نے سامراج کے سامنے کھڑے ہو کر یہ بات کی کہ ABSOLUTELY NOT۔
تھی آپ میں ہمّت؟
بسد احترام، سابق وزیر اعظم اور اپوزیشن کے لیڈرز، جناب چیئرمین صاحب، ایک وہ بھی وقت تھا، دنیا نے دیکھا، کہ یہاں پہ امریکن بوٹس آے ، ايبٹ آباد آپریشن ہوا، اور ایک یہ بھی وقت ہے، کہ وہ وہاں منصوبے بناتے رہے، کہ اگر عمران خان کی حکومت نہ گری، تو پاکستان کے لئے مشکل ہوگی، اور یہ بھی کہتے ہیں کے اگر عمران خان کی حکومت گر گئی اورعدم اعتماد کامیاب ہوگئی، تو ہم پاکستان کو معاف کردیں گے۔
چیئرمین صاحب، الله کے ٩٩ ناموں کے نیچے بیٹھ کے، ہم ماہ رمضان کے مہینے میں، ہم الله سے معافی کے خاست گار ہیں، امریکا کے معافی کے خاست گار نہیں ہیں، پھر بھی آپ جیتے ہیں آج، ہم خوش اسلوبی سے برداشت کریں گے۔
لیکن میری بات یاد رکھیے گا۔
چلتے ہیں دبے پاؤں کہ کوئی جاگ نہ جائے
غلامی کے اسیروں کی یہی خاص ادا ہے
ہوتی نہیں جو قوم … حق بات پہ یکجا
اُس قوم کا حاکم ہی فقط اُس کی سزا ہے ۔

مجھے اس بات پہ فخر ہے کہ میرا لیڈر کھڑا رہا، جھکا نہیں، بکا نہیں، ڈرا نہیں، آخری گیند تک کھڑا رہا، اور عمران خان کا آپ کیا مقابلہ کروگے، اس کا ایک سپاہی یہاں آپ سب کے بیچ میں کھڑا ہے الله تعالی کے کرم سے۔
توآخر میں میں یہ کہنا چاہتا ہوں جناب چیئرمین صاحب، میری دعا ہے کہ میرا ملک، میرا پاکستان آگے بڑھتا رہے، میری دعا کہ ہم مل کے پاکستان کو مضبوط کرتے رہیں، لیکن ان شا الله میرا الله کہتا ہے۔
وَقُلۡ جَآءَ ٱلۡحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ ٱلۡبَـٰطِلُۚ إِنَّ ٱلۡبَـٰطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقً۬ا (17:81)
” اور کہ دیجئے (میرے حبیب) کے حق آتا ہے تو باطل مٹتا ہے، اور باطل تو ہے ہی مٹنے کے لئے “
جلد عمران خان صاحب ان شا الله عوام کی طاقت سےایک بارپھر اس ہی کرسی پہ براجمان ہوگا، دوتہائی اکثریت سے ہوگا۔
اور ان شا الله عمران خان کو، اور پاکستان تحریک انصاف کو، میرے کروڑوں پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے ووٹرز اور ورکرز اور سپوٹرز کو آج کی یہ دلیری، آج کا یہ کھڑا ہونا، آپ کا آج کا یہ مزاحمت مبارک ہو۔
آج بھی پاکستان میں کچھ لوگ ایسے ہیں، جو سامراج کے سامنے کھڑے ہیں، جو امریکا کے سامنے کھڑے ہیں، جو یہود کے سامنے کھڑے ہیں۔
